SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

January 10-13 – Poster Presentations (asynchronous via Symposium)

January 13 – Oral Presentations (synchronous, MSU Union)

  • 1:00 – 1:30 | Registration
  • 1:30 – 2:00 | Networking & Poster Presentations*
  • 2:00 – 4:00 | Oral Presentations (Blocks A & B)
  • 4:00 – 4:30 | Reception & Judging Break
  • 4:30 – 5:00 | Awards

*While poster presentation evaluation and judging will occur asynchronously, poster presenters can share their work during the in-person DRS on Friday, January 13.

AWARDS

Thanks to generous donations from our program sponsors, award amounts for 2023 are:

  • 1st Prize – $700
  • 2nd Prize – $500
  • 3rd Prize – $300
  • Additional two awards of $250/each for students in the preliminary stages of conducting research
