Schoenl Family Undergraduate Research Grant
The purpose of the Schoenl Family Undergraduate Grant for Dire Needs Overseas is to identify and fund projects which will serve dire human needs in countries other than the U.S. Starting in 2022, the grant provides stipends to selected undergraduates conducting research that address related issues through their work.
How to Apply
Please complete the Honors College Research Scholars Application including the supplemental statement specific to the Schoenl award.
The application includes:
- Basic demographic information
- List of Extracurricular activities
- Personal statement describing interest in participating in the research scholars program
- Schoenl award statement describing the connection between your research interests and the impact on dire human needs overseas
- Information on proposed faculty research mentor
- Name and contact information for recommender (preferably a faculty member)
