Instagram Takeover Agreement

By accepting this agreement, you will be authorized to access the MSU Honors College Instagram account for a previously agreed upon timeframe. This will allow you to post photos, videos, polls, and other appropriate content to the account. In order to make materials more accessible, please add closed captions to any video content.

We encourage content regarding:

  • Honors students and student organizations
  • Research activities 
  • Internship and career events
  • Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging

Do NOT post:

  • Profanity
  • Nudity
  • Alcohol/drug use
  • Hate speech/symbols
  • Business promotions
  • Others’ personal information without their consent
  • Defamatory remarks about the university, its students, faculty, or staff

You will also be authorized to respond to relevant direct messages, and you must sign your first name at the end of all direct message communications.

By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary approvals to post social media content featuring individuals, locations, and events during the takeover.
