Honors Giving Back Competition and Colloquium
Through the Honors Giving Back Competition and Colloquium, the Honors College encourages you to reflect on and share your experiences working in your communities.
Criteria for Appying:
1) Demonstrated significant and sustained involvement in a local, national, or international community project or organization.
2) Indication and explanation of connection to academic work (e.g., course, project, research, internship, study abroad).
Submit a 2-3 minute video or other multi-media submission that tells the story of your community engagement. Submissions will be accepted through the Dropbox, or by sending a YouTube or Vimeo link to email@example.com. Submissions are due March 20, 2017.
Finalists will be invited for in-person presentations at the Honors Giving Back Competition and Colloquium to be held on Tuesday, March 28, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Rooms 207&208, Eustace-Cole Hall. The event is open to students, faculty and the community.
